Recent Use of Nitrates: Nitrates (medications used for chest pain or heart conditions) should never be combined with tadalafil. The combination can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure, which can be life-threatening. This includes nitrate medications like nitroglycerin or isosorbide.

Severe Liver or Kidney Impairment: If someone has liver or kidney issues, especially severe ones, taking Vidalista may not be safe as it is processed in the liver and excreted through the kidneys.

Dehydration or Low Blood Volume: If a younger adult is severely dehydrated or has low blood volume (for instance, due to illness, fever, or heavy exercise), taking Vidalista could be risky as it may further affect blood pressure regulation.

Prior Eye Problems: If someone has a history of eye problems related to PDE5 inhibitors (such as vision impairment or a condition like non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, or NAION), Vidalista may not be recommended.

Uncontrolled Health Conditions: Conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or other vascular diseases need to be well-managed before using medications like Vidalista. These conditions can affect the cardiovascular system and increase the risk of side effects.

Psychological Causes of ED: If ED is primarily caused by psychological factors (such as stress, anxiety, or depression) rather than physiological ones, Vidalista may not be the appropriate treatment and should only be used if prescribed by a doctor after a thorough evaluation.

Use of Other ED Medications: If the person is already using other medications for erectile dysfunction, combining them with Vidalista could lead to an increased risk of side effects, especially related to blood pressure.
