## THE STORY OF SUGANDH GUPTA

Behind World of Sugandh is its founder, **Sugandh Gupta**, whose journey began with a simple belief—to build a career around something she genuinely loves.

With an academic background in business, Sugandh initially followed a conventional educational path before realising that her true passion lay in fashion and design. She went on to study fashion at **NIFT Gandhinagar**, where she developed a deeper understanding of design, styling and the relationship between traditional Indian aesthetics and contemporary fashion.

Her personal design philosophy has always been about finding the balance between the two. She is drawn to minimalism, thoughtful design, clean aesthetics and the richness of Indian culture. These influences gradually became the foundation of what would become World of Sugandh.

The name **Sugandh**, meaning *fragrance*, reflects the essence she wanted the brand to carry—a sense of purity, positivity, elegance and individuality.

What began with a passion for fashion has grown into a brand that continues to explore new ideas while staying connected to its roots.
