As we all know that DLF Phase 3 is surrounded by many International Companies (Cyber Hub) due to which U Block and neighboring areas becomes an obvious place of choice for accommodation. We have also witnessed a great rise in PG accommodations over the last 5 years. We also managed to identify the gaps in Supermarket/ Retail/ Convenient Stores during our initial ground work. We realized that despite of the quality and quantity business owners were suffering. The sole reason for their suffering was that none really focused on customer service. And that's what became our driving force for this venture.We have named it as Tista - A tribute to River Ganga. Our store is of 2200 sq ft in area with a team of 25 Customer Service Executives.
