Tina Sharma is the Founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Tina Sharma, where she focuses exclusively on family law and immigration matters throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C. With more than two decades of legal experience, she has built a reputation for providing strategic legal counsel, practical solutions, and compassionate representation for individuals and families navigating some of life's most significant legal challenges.

Before establishing her own practice, Tina held leadership positions at major national law firms, including serving as a partner in an immigration practice and managing a Washington, D.C. office. She also worked as in-house counsel for a leading U.S. technology corporation, giving her a unique perspective on both complex business immigration matters and corporate legal operations. Today, she combines that broad legal background with extensive courtroom experience in family law, helping clients through divorce, child custody disputes, adoption, prenuptial agreements, employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and other complex legal matters.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University before receiving her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she contributed to the International Law Journal. She also completed studies in Western European Government and Politics at L'Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris in France.

Licensed to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., New York, and New Jersey, Tina is admitted before multiple federal courts, including the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
