Business Description

Our story begins way before we opened our doors in 2004, when our founder, Bosco, was a home baker much like many of our customers today.

He enjoyed baking for his wife, children and friends on the weekend where he maintained an old-timey green register with all his recipes that he collected over the years.

On a visit to Switzerland, he came across, what you see standing loud and proud today outside our humble café, – the Swiss Army Bakery Wagon.

He was so moved by the story, might and the marvelous engineering behind this machine – that he finally took the leap to build an experience around this and bring it back home to Hyderabad.
