Business Description
We, Sikaria Mega Foodpark (P) Ltd (SMFPL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India, which has been incorporated in the year 2011 under the chairpersonship of Smt Usha Deviji Sikaria with the Managing Director as Sri Soonu Sikaria ji in association with Sikaria Group.SMFPL is a SPV with stake-holding of [through the Secretary-in-Charge of Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI)], Government of India, stake-holding by the State Government of Tripura [through Tripura Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (TIDCL)] and by Sikaria Group of Companies. The Management and the Board of Directors of the SPV is having Nominee Directors of both the State Government and the Central Government, apart from full time Directors nominated by Sikaria Group.
Sikaria Group has initiated different activities in construction, real estate, logistics, tourism, jute since 1980 under the leadership of Late Sri Bajranglalji Sikaria. The legacy of Late Sri Bajranglalji Sikaria was taken over and continued by his 5 (five) sons, who expanded leaps and bounds in different sectors and different States of India.
Sikaria Mega Foodpark Private Limited (SPV) is implementing/operating Tripura Mega Food Park in the State of Tripura, at Agartala City, having its Corporate Office at CF 9, Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700064.
Brief Note about Facilities being offered on Rent:
We are having the largest Cold Storage facilities (with various Chambers) in our Tripura Mega Food Park at Agartala, Tripura with different temperatures varying between (minus) 25oC to (Plus) 7oC and with varying capacities between 10 MT to 850 MT.
We are also having different Covered Warehousing Spaces of different sizes, ranging between 3000 sq.ft. to 20000 sq.ft., totaling to about 70000 sq.ft. as on date.
