Dr Mukesh Paryani is a qualified Cataract and Refractive surgeon practicing in Pune. After completing his M.B.B.S from Mumbai, he obtained a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Ophthalmology from H. V. Desai Eye Institute in Pune.

He also completed his Medical Retina fellowship at Pune from H V Desai Eye Hospital . After this, he completed a long term Fellowship in Phacoemulsification and Refractive Surgery (F.P.R.S) at Narayana Nethralaya Superspecialty Hospital, Bangalore.

His areas of speciality are Microincision cataract surgery (Phacoemulsification) and LASIK laser surgeries. He has also specializes in managing complicated cataract surgeries and implanting phakic IOLs .

He is an established refractive surgeon in Pune having performed high numbers of LASIK surgeries ,Bladeless LASIK i.e. Femtosecond laser surgeries, Phakic Implants and visual rehabilitation of patients with keratoconus.

He has been an Instructor in training programs at many national and international conferences like American Academy of Ophthalmologists conference at Chicago (2012) and All India Ophthalmological Society conferences every year in India.
