Naval Maritime Academy (NAMAC), Mumbai is a premier Maritime Training Institute (MTI) conducting STCW Modular and Offshore Courses approved by the Director General of Shipping (DGS), Government of India. NAMAC is a pioneer in conducting offshore safety courses adhering to the publicly available international quality standards in meeting the requirements of the Offshore Industry.

Located on the sea front, away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, NAMAC provides an enviable nautical environment conducive for maritime and offshore training. NAMAC has been graded ‘Grade A1 - Outstanding’ by MMD, Mumbai during the Comprehensive Inspection Program (CIP) for MTIs conducting Modular courses. NAMAC conforms to the requirement of ISO 9001 : 2015 and 14001 : 2015 as assessed by ABS Quality Evaluation. NAMAC was conferred with Samudra Manthan Award 2011 for being the best Offshore Training Institute in India.
