Kahn Mechanical grew and became well-known in the commercial and industrial community. In 1989, Fred Kahn transitioned to lead Guardian Power Cleaning, another family business. At that point, Ann Kahn took over the management of Kahn Mechanical. Today, Josh Kahn, a second-generation family member, serves as Vice President and Managing Partner.
