Production process: autoclave, tube rolling, molding, bag pressing, extrusion, winding and vacuum diversion assisted molding process.

Carbon fiber R&D and production base was approved with the support of Xiuzhou High-tech Zone in Jiaxing city in December 2016. The phase I construction of 22,000 square meters was completed in 2019 and moved to new production base in 2020.
