Tadalista CT 20 (tadalafil 20 mg) must not be taken with nitrate medicines. The combination can cause a sudden, potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. DailyMed +1 Nitrates include: Nitroglycerin (GTN), including tablets or sprays for chest pain Isosorbide mononitrate Isosorbide dinitrate Recreational nitrites (“poppers”) If you have taken Tadalista CT 20: Do not take nitrates for at least 48 hours after tadalafil. Even after 48 hours, nitrates should only be considered by medical professionals under close monitoring. If you develop chest pain, seek emergency medical care and tell the medical team when you took tadalafil. Do not self-administer nitroglycerin.
