Located within walking distance of Hakata Minami Station, Shojima Welfare Service is a 福岡 就労継続支援B型 service facility that strives to provide careful, individualized support so that residents can take their first steps with peace of mind. We have created an environment where residents can gradually acquire the necessary skills, so that they can step up at a comfortable pace. This is a place where residents who are anxious about interpersonal relationships can train in a warm atmosphere so that they can gradually get a feel for it. At our facility, we mainly entrust our residents with light work and computer-related tasks. Since employees can work while sitting down, it is also a relief for those who are not confident in their physical strength.
