I got my first opportunity at Fortis Healthcare. Great work experience in an amazingly employee-friendly company that believes in Patients First. The culture at Fortis helped me a lot in developing not only my professional skills as Dietitian and patient care; but also skills like compassion, teamwork, handling symposiums, and CNE (Continued Nutrition Education).

After 4.5 years of work experience at Fortis, I got an opportunity to work at Apollo Hospital Delhi. There I was posted in the oncology department. There I took nutritional care of Chemotherapy and Radiation patients, Post-surgery Cancer Patients, Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, and Thalassemia Patients.

In a short duration of 5 months, I got an opportunity to work at AIIMS Delhi on a Research Project. This was a pediatric endocrinology project related to childhood obesity. I also took OPD counseling sessions for children with other endocrinological problems. Meanwhile, I have also done a short course on Critical Care nutrition which also included Burn Nutrition from IAPEN.
