Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions (DBGI) is an innovation, and research-driven institution situated in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Established in the year 2005, DBGI is spread in 42 acres of land and offers multidisciplinary education.
