C M R Developers is a duly constituted proprietorship firm and is a part of the family business - CHERIYAMUKKADA VILLA PROJECT. Promoters have already constructed and sold 90 villas and gained excellent knowledge in all aspects of construction, material, finance, and labor management. We entrust the entire work to a team of contractors who are associated with us. From the inception of the project until its completion at all levels, the company has made a tie-up arrangement with professionally qualified and technically experienced engineers to supervise the day to day work. Apart from the above, qualified site engineers will be manning the project, so that the technical aspect of the project is monitored on a day to day basis. All these arrangements will enable the promoters to place strict vigil on expenditure and quality of work.
