Late S.Makhan Singh Chadha and his son M.P.S was the founder of this Delhi based company. Chadha who found the thrust area for dairy equipment and the need for the development of the dairy industry in India. The company started its business as a manufacturer of milk testing centrifuge as their first product.

Since then, for over five decades now, this group has been serving the dairy industry. Today, it has a wide network of Dealers and Agents in all over India and in abroad. Now About us, The company started off with milk testing equipment and has gradually continued to add more and more products to its production line.
