Volcano Flexi Tech Industries designs and builds complete plastic corrugated pipe plants in Ahmedabad, India. The company developed its first full-line corrugation package plant in 1997. It has since installed machines across India and in export markets including the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Kenya, Morocco and Brazil. Its single wall corrugator machines produce flexible HDPE, PP and polyamide (nylon) corrugated pipes from Ø 5 mm to Ø 160 mm. Four models cover this range: SWC 5-15, SWC 10-50, SWC 12-65 and SWC 50-160, with an optional collapsible module and jockey extruder. These pipes are widely used for electrical conduit, cable protection, wiring harnesses and appliance hoses. For heavier-duty applications, the company offers double wall corrugator (DWC) pipe plants. For cable conduit, it supplies models DWC 40-50-63, DWC 40-120 and DWC 90-200. For drainage and underground sewerage pipes from Ø 100 mm to Ø 500 mm, it offers DWC 100-300 and DWC 200-500. It also supplies HDPE multilayer pipe plants. Each line is supplied as a complete package: extruder, die head, corrugator, cooling, pipe puller, cutter and coiler. A synchronized control panel with AC drives and temperature controllers runs the line.
