Low libido may cause a variety of negative effects on your health from emotional to physical effects. A reduction in your sex desire may cause a very unsettling feeling that may take over your body both physically and mentally. This can lead to a nasty cycle of physical effects such as non-arousal. This is where you will have great difficulty in being aroused or reaching an *****.

This means that your sex life will take a toll for the worst which may in turn cause mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. However, it is important to note that women normally have a lower libido as compared to men. Therefore, libido levels vary from one person to another but should be at a certain optimal level. A low libido will further lower your self-esteem which will considerably cause a state of distress.

This state may further cause you to see yourself as having a bad body image. Depression is most cases is a result of a decreased sex drive. Whereas psychotherapy would be a suitable way to deal with depression, many antidepressants will only lower the level of libido in your body as opposed to improving it. You must consult on the level of your libido and find suitable supplements that will significantly improve your sex drive.
