In 2012, a young civil engineer named Tabraiz Shaikh set out to redefine Goa’s real estate landscape with a fresh perspective and a bold vision. Armed with a B.E. in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Construction Management, he saw beyond the conventional approaches to property development. His goal was to create spaces that were not just buildings, but thriving environments where people could truly live, work, and flourish. Thus, RainTree Roofs was born—a company that quickly became synonymous with innovation, quality, and architectural excellence.

From its inception, RainTree Roofs, under Tabraiz’s guidance, began delivering projects that set new standards for design and construction. Whether it was stylish residential flats, exquisite luxury villas, or modern commercial spaces, each development reflected a deep understanding of contemporary needs and a passion for creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing spaces. The company’s commitment to excellence soon garnered attention, with successful projects emerging across North and South Goa. Today, RainTree Roofs continues to grow, driven by Tabraiz’s unwavering vision to build not just properties, but legacies that resonate with beauty, functionality, and a promise of lasting value for future generations.
