Pune, Maharashtra, Sunday, 19 th May, 2019 – Luxury branded residences - yoopune, hosted several members of the real-estate consulting fraternity in Pune, to connect over the luxury living trends in Pune city and its rising demand. The apartment and penthouse project has been developed around a green oasis of rich tropical flora that lies at the centre of the project. The wine and cheese sundowner event was attended by fore-runners from Pune’s luxury residential real-estate segment who also celebrated the upswing in real-estate demand, and shared their ideas for transforming the experience for the discerning luxury buyers. Guests discussed the advantages of branded living and growing opportunities for the luxury homeowners in pune – which is already seeing significant interest from global and Indian HNI audiences alike. As mentioned, the project has been developed by Panchshil Realty in collaboration with YOO - a global luxury residential and hotel brand known for offering a thoroughly international lifestyle. The spaciously created residences, beautiful outdoor spaces and eye-popping interiors are a fine example of luxury being served up to an increasingly globally-referenced audience who will settle for nothing short of the very best.
