I've completed my MSc in Clinical Psychology from Christ University. As a Psychologist, I'm a patient, creative, and empathetic individual, known for my exceptional observation and analytical skills. In my experience as an EAP counsellor, I have guided numerous individuals from MNCs struggling with varying concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and work-life balance. I adopt a humanistic approach with a blend of CBT, and expressive arts therapy and possess knowledge of various psychodiagnostic assessments. Striving to be a trauma-informed therapist, I use an eclectic approach to customise techniques according to clients' needs. Along with being a voracious reader and writer, I enjoy spending time with my pet, doodling, baking and travelling.
