OCFC Global Aviation Academy brings four decades of American flight training to India.

We are the India arm of Orange County Flight Center, an FAA Part 141 approved flight school that has been training pilots since 1981 at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California — an active commercial airport with controlled airspace and live air traffic control from a student's first lesson.

Our programme begins with six months of ground school in India, preparing students for DGCA, FAA and EASA written examinations simultaneously. One course, three regulatory pathways. Students then complete their flying hours at our California facility, at an affiliated institution, or at any flight school worldwide — the ground school certification travels with them.

The logic is straightforward. Theory does not require an aeroplane. Completing it in India costs a fraction of studying the same material while paying overseas living costs, and students who arrive at flight training with solid theory waste fewer expensive hours in the air.

Programmes span Ground School, PPL, Instrument Rating, CPL, Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII), Multi-Engine Rating, Type Rating and ATP-CTP.
