Organic palm jaggery started before 100 years and when i grow up my grandfather S.Jeyapandiyan was doing the palm jaggery and palm candy manufacturing in our native Udangudi they made the palm jaggery and palm candy with palm juice and later after 2005 some of the people have started mixing white sugar with the palm jaggery and palm candy at that time no one will buy palm jaggery and palm candy after the diabetes and some health issues people are started using palm jaggery and palm candy more for diabetes before 2005 udangudi karupatti is world famous every one knows udangudi is famous for karupatti (palm jaggery) and now a days in udangudi there are so may manufacturing units manufacturing palm jaggery and palm candy with white sugar manufacturing more than 50 tons per day with white sugar. so after completing my studies i started thinking to give people good product of palm jaggery and palm candy so started an organicpalmjaggery to give 100% pure palm products of palm jaggery and palm candy. Organic palm jaggery aimed to give people good food for their healthy life.
