Omaxe Chowk will provide co-retail space at its commercial multi-story parking facility project in Chandni Chowk and will have approximately 10,000 square feet of co-retail space, according to an executive.

Co-retail provides organizations with operational and economic efficiencies by reducing costs or generating additional revenue. At Omaxe Chowk, a shared space between two related product categories (shoes and bags, clothing and perfume) and 1-6 month leases has caught the interest of
retailers.
