Lex Foundation (LF) is an independent group of young professionals united to fight against the social evils and corruption. We promote empowerment of local people by use of RTI, Unity among people of different background and Education. LF team comprises of group of professionals active in Haryana & NCR civil society with expertise in the areas of law, business administration, sociology, communication, education and religion. This diversity of knowledge allows LF to conduct broadly-based, technical investigations of various areas and workplaces. LF employs monitors ( group of local people) to regularly document the list of govt schemes in their areas, progress/implementation of various welfare scheme from govt, inspect work being done under those scheme and benefits being taken by the people, manage and conduct social audits of works executed under these schemes and then conducing public hearings to share the finding. The information gathered by our local monitors is analyzed and used to measure the progress and implementation of these schemes at ground level (group reality of implementation). Same way for workers/employees, LF employs monitors to regularly document working conditions, inspect working environments, interview workers and management, and conduct financial audits. The information gathered is analyzed and used to measure a company's compliance with its code of conduct. LF forms and guides committees of local people to monitor the followings: 1) Implementation of various govt schemes. (Clean India, Skill India, Make in India) 2) Working conditions at work places especially within unorganized sectors. 3) Youth empowerment 4) Protecting local traditions and culture 5) LF Seva Kendra in rural areas.
