You’ll find plenty of different schools and organizations teach English Language Testing. Some are driven by pure profit. Others are driven by a passion for communication and knowledge transfer. The International English Language Testing System is an international language testing organization. It was created in 1989 by the European Council for Languages and the European Academy of Language. The organization began as a programme which offered language testing for the purpose of admittance to universities and schools. However, as of 2012, it is a full-fledged testing centre for the admission of international students to universities in Europe and Asia.
