To change company name, MOA & AOA is required to be altered and for this general meeting shall be called according to section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013. The first step is to check the name availability by filing Form INC- 1. After this, board meeting will be called and then EGM shall be conducted to pass special resolution regarding name change and for alteration. Within 30 days, MGT 14 shall be filed with the Registrar along with the copy of SR, EGM notice, explanatory statement, altered copy of MOA and AOA. Thereafter, at the end INC -24 shall be filed.
