Hands is a luxury handmade carpet house with a heritage dating back to 1881, when A. Tellery discovered a talented community of weavers in Bhadohi near Varanasi. Since the 1980s, the Patodia family has carried this legacy forward, developing Hands into a globally recognised name in handcrafted carpets. Each carpet continues to be made by hand in Bhadohi, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. The collection includes hand knotted wool and silk rugs, hand tufted carpets, kilims and dhurries across traditional, modern and contemporary styles. Custom sizes, colours and designs are also available. Hands collaborates with architects, interior designers and private clients, with its carpets featured in royal palaces, luxury hotels and homes across five continents. The Indian head office and flagship showroom are located in Sultanpur, New Delhi, with another showroom in Worli, Mumbai, and partner stores across Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Raipur.
