This is a B2B portal, where employers will search for potential service providers like candidate mobilizers, training providers, NGOs & Freelancers to provide potential candidates for their organizations. Employers can also use the services of Training centres spread across different Tier II & Tier III cities to conduct the required bridge courses based on the requirements of job role. This gives an advantage to employers to get trained manpower to become productive right from day one. We also provide assessment & third party payroll companies as providers to allow the employers to seamlessly find right fit job-ready candidates. We will also bring together companies looking for apprentices and interns in their organizations for giving them exposure with on the job training (OJT).
