Epoxy-Polyester Powder Coatings manufacturers and suppliers.

Nivera Paints Pvt. Ltd. is one of the most popular or experienced manufacturers and suppliers of epoxy-polyester powders coating. Our products are made from the best quality raw material and give glossy and wanted finish everywhere. Epoxy-polyester powders are general purpose coatings and used most extensively in the powder coating industry due to their versatility aspects. This type of powder coating is based on polymer resin systems, pigments, leveling agents, flow modifiers, and other additives. Epoxy-polyester powders contain a heat-activated catalyst and are generally applied to a surface at ambient temperature. The surface and the powder are then heated and, as the temperature rises past the melt temperature of the powder (normally 250º-275ºF), it melts and “fusion bonds” to the surface. As the temperature continues to rise (normally 360º-380ºF) a heat-sensitive catalyst becomes active and causes the molecular structure of the plastic material to change or “cross-link.” The temperature is maintained while the coating material cures and forms a strong, hard, continuous film.
