Dr. Sravya Bugganna

I owe my perseverance and dedication to my mentors, who instilled in me the belief that medicine is not just about prescribing drugs but about transforming lives. They taught me that the true art of medicine lies in understanding how “not” to treat, emphasizing the importance of a thoughtful, holistic approach. This core belief shapes my practice every day, as I aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients.

As a mother of two, I am committed to strengthening future generations, starting with the health of a child in the mother’s womb. The quality of egg and sperm, along with the nutritional, hormonal, and chemical environment during pregnancy, shapes a child’s future. Just as product durability depends on both manufacturing and maintenance, small lifestyle choices—diet, sleep, and avoiding hormone disruptors—play a significant role in ensuring our children’s health. Guided by the Indian tradition of prevention and the concept of the “seven-generation effect,” I believe in empowering expecting couples for a healthier tomorrow.
