A college graduate with military experience, Gjoka quickly learned English and got a job working in the warehouse of an HVAC business. Not long after that, he started assisting with the installation of heating and cooling systems. With a work ethic and drive not uncommon for immigrants to America, he studied, worked hard and became a top-certified service tech for the company he served. Hearing his story should make the next step in his life come as no surprise – Gjoka would become a U.S. citizen and start his own business.
