ArtCAM is Reborn as Carveco. CARVECO is a single solution for Designing and Programming to all kinds of CNC machines. CARVECO allows complex reliefs (CARVECO 3D models) to be created quickly and easily from 2D vectors (CARVECO Wireframe) or bitmaps (Image files). These vectors and bitmaps can be generated within CARVECO or imported from other systems. CARVECO can also import 3D Surface data, which is translated on entry or after as a Relief model. CARVECO contains tools for editing the reliefs and combining stored reliefs. Once a 3D relief has been created, tool paths can be generated to machine it. Multiple tool paths are easily generated for roughing, finishing and engraving. The tool paths can then be simulated to allow complete visualization of the product before machining.
