Arihant Agro was registered with the DGFT in December 2012, it is wholly owned by Mrs. Poonam Patil (Proprietor). We presently have our registered office in Kolhapur, (MH), all the administration is done from our Deccan office which is located in the heart of Pune, (MH) and majority of the executions from Mumbai specifically from Bombay Air Cargo and ports of Nhava Sheva (JNPT/NSCIT/GTI). Our audited turnover for the Financial year 2015-16 was INR 6,48,11,000.00 equivalent to $9,81,984.00.
We are more of a client specific growers representative where we have over 400 acres of contracted land (all located in and around Kolhapur and Sangli District which are located in the Maharashtra state), through which we harvest product specifically as per the client requirement i.e. Residue free or Organic or in very specific cases use of Biocides. We are now in negotiations with our clients in Drammen, Norway, where we will be importing seeds and growing European varieties of Fresno, Habenero, Bird Eye, Jalapeno etc. and then exporting finished products back to them.
